🧭 Strategic Planning of Our Metropolis

Strategic Planning
The ultimate goal of our Metropolis’ Strategic Plan is to provide our Priests and Lay Leaders with an array of best practices — MAPS (Ministries, Activities, Programs, and Services) — that can be readily and easily used to lead the way to stronger and more effective parishes.

Through this process, we aim to offer our parishes meaningful resources, services, materials, and training that support growth and faithfulness to Christ’s calling.

All of this is done in a spirit of support and commitment to the Ecumenical Patriarchate, the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, and our Holy Orthodox Faith.
